^^montagna: "SPIGOLO ENE"

Era la fine di agosto del 2012 quando scalando questo spigolo che delimita la parete est della vetta occidentale del Corno Grande dal Canalone Centrale nel Gran Sasso d'Italia, non aiutati dalle nebbie toppammo finendo, come si dice nel caso, "fuori via".
Decidemmo allora di ritirarci con le corde doppie. Quindi capito l'errore commesso, ci eravamo promessi di tornare per concludere la scalata.
Per un motivo o per un altro però l'occasione da allora non si era più ripresentata fino a questo giovedi 14 settembre 2017, dopo 5 anni, quando sulla "retta via" abbiamo terminato lo spigolo di EST-NORD/EST.
Per la "bacheca" dei ricordi lungo la salita ho ritrovato e recuperato il materiale che avevamo usato all'epoca per le corde doppie della ritirata, fettucce e moschettoni a maglia rapida, a significare che dal 2012 ad oggi nessuno ha ripetuto questa via.


It was the end of August 2012 when we were climbing this mountain edge that divides the south face of the VETTA OCCIDENTALE of the CORNO GRANDE from the CANALONE CENTRALE/Central Gully, in the GRAN SASSO Massif.
Suddenly the fog came, and so we went FUORI VIA/out of the mountaineering route, by mistake. So, we decided the retreat by abseils, promising us we will return to climb this edge up to its end.
After five years, in this September 14 2017, with satifaction we conclude completly the ascent on the SPIGOLO EST-NORD/EST.
For my bulletin board of memories, during the climbing I refound and I retake the little ropes and the carbiners used for our abseils. From that time none climbed this route.

Tempo fa (su questo blog vedere il post del 13 agosto '17), a causa della pessima visibilità non riuscimmo ad individuare il relitto di una vecchia auto, ed allora scherzando ci dicemmo che probabilmente l'avevano rubata!
Oggi invece ci siamo sincerati che non c'è stato nessun furto!
La nota della giornata riguarda la temperatura dell'acqua che in superficie era di 26°, contro i 9° trovati alla massima profondità raggiunta.


Time ago at cause of the undereater bad visibility we didn't meet a car wreck, then joking among ourselves we said it had been stolen!
Instead today, luckily we can see that it's still there!
Water temperature in surface of 26°C, while at the maximum our depht 9°C.

--immersioni: "TORRE ULUZZO"

Durante il familiare soggiorno subacqueo Salentino, avevo pensato di andarmene da solo a fare un tuffo sul relitto del TEVFIK CAPTAN 1 a Torre Vado(LE), (8 settembre 2013 su questo blog).
Però dopo averne già fatte due con autorespiratore assieme a mia figlia, della nave affondata me ne sono proprio dimenticato.
Il piacere di stare assieme a lei e vederla completamente a suo agio mentre va sott'acqua, per me è musica.
Tra aspre e solitarie cale rocciose in prossimità della TORRE ULUZZO nel Salento Jonico di Porto Selvaggio, il lavoro di facchinaggio delle attrezzature da immersione dalla macchina fino all'acqua è stato per me molto sudato sotto un sole caldissimo, mentre camminavo sulle rocce taglienti.
Però non ha prezzo avere la "piccola" come compagna d'immersione.


During the family journey for dives in the SALENTO, I had thought a solo-dive on the ship wreck of the TEVFIC CAPTAN 1 in TORRE VADO(LE).
But, after two dives toghether my daughter I have completly forgotten the wreck, because the pleasure to stay underwater toghether her, is music for me.
Among the lonely sea coves of PORTO SELVAGGIO in TORRE ULUZZO zone, for me it has been an hard work to carry our scuba equipments from the car to the sea shore, below a very hot sun and on sharp rocks.
But for me there is no price to have my "baby" like dive-buddy.
